St Nicholas Hospice Care and your local churches warmly invite you and your family to take part in Light up a Life this festive season.
Come together and celebrate, reflect and remember loved ones who are no longer with us. Our Light up a Life events are open to all.
You may choose to have a special name read out, or simply attend an event in memory of a loved one.
Share the name of your loved ones, and please consider making a donation to support St Nicholas Hospice Care this Christmas.
